The race saw thousands of runners take to the streets this past weekend, marking the start of an exciting season of 16 events designed to get South Africans moving.
Vitality unveils research linking cardiorespiratory fitness to lifestyle behaviours and health outcomes, announces new incentives to measure VO2 max, and launches a fitness platform for members to book classes at facilities nationwide.
