Digital future of banking is inevitable and imminent, says Discovery Bank, BCG report

On Monday, 29 August 2022, at an event held in Sandton, Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in partnership with Discovery Bank, introduced a new report titled: The Future of Retail Banking in South Africa. The report highlighted that two-thirds of South Africans expect the country’s banks to make a full transition to digital banking within five years.
