Join leading minds at the Discovery Vitality Summit 2014

Discovery has announced the line-up of prominent international and local speakers that will be joining this year’s Discovery Vitality Summit, to be held on 1 August at the Sandton Convention Centre in Johannesburg.

The Summit brings together thinkers, experts and game changers in the world of sports science, fitness, nutrition, technology, health, and wellness. This year’s theme Well. Thought Through presents a distinguished line-up of pioneering thinkers who approach the topic of wellness from different perspectives, guided by their diverse backgrounds, academic specialities, and decades of practical experience.

The Discovery Vitality Summit has become a prestigious event on the South African health and wellness calendar, attracting the likes of world-renowned food psychologist Dr Brian Wansink, professional cyclist Tyler Hamilton, behavioural economist Dan Ariely, and former Proteas coach Gary Kirsten.

Speakers at this year’s Summit include rugby icon Jonny Wilkinson, high-performance sports consultant Dr Ross Tucker, successful wellness entrepreneur Lisa Raleigh, author and professor, Tim Noakes, and Dr Vash Mungal-Singh, the CEO of the Heart and Stroke Foundation of South Africa.
