“Discovery Vitality’s aim is to inspire a global movement in health, wellness, and exercise. To get South Africans moving more, we have continued to expand our annual Vitality Run Series, based on its success over the past five years. We want to motivate more people at all fitness levels to get active and get more people running. Earning Vitality points is a bonus for our members who take part,” says Williams.

“Our data at Discovery has shown that engaged Vitality members are more physically active, buy healthier food and live longer than those who are not engaged in activities that improve health.
